Lubricating oil is an indispensable protective material for bearings. Lubricating oil can completely flush into the internal space of the bearing and encase the cage and rolling elements. It not only has no effect on the operation and work of cylindrical roller bearings, but also greatly extends the bearing. Service life. However, due to the frequent use of lubricating oil, a certain amount of oil will be produced, and if the oil is not removed in time, it will affect the service life of the bearing, so it is necessary to remove the oil.

1. When cleaning the bearing of the bearing, the ball, bead frame and inner ring should be turned out laterally from the outer ring and then immersed in hot oil. When cleaning the short cylindrical roller bearing, the roller, bead frame, inner ring and outer ring should also be separated.

Note: When cleaning with hot oil, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20 ℃.

Using the above two methods can easily remove the oil on the cylindrical roller bearing, in order to better play the effectiveness of lubricating oil, protect the bearing, and extend the service life of the bearing. In most cases, the failure of the bearing is caused by improper installation and replacement. Therefore, bearing installation and bearing lubrication maintenance is an important operation.
